In this video we'll cover how to add or remove call sheet recipients, track a call sheet's delivery status, how to fix email typos and resend the call sheet.
1. How to Track Call Sheet Delivery Status
Lastly, we’ve updated the Call Sheet Recipients page (aka “Distro Sheet”) to have even more value. So when you go there, you have a new status column that’s much more specific about what the status of a call sheet recipient is — Whether the call sheet was sent, unsent, if the recipient opened, or confirmed receipt of their call sheet.
2. How to Resend a Call Sheet & Remove Recipients
We’ve also made it really easy for you to be able to send and resend a call sheet, and remove recipients. Let’s say you send the call sheet to someone, and want to remove them. You just click the little trash can icon here, and you’re done.
3. How to Fix Email Typos & Resend the Call Sheet
The other really nice thing is that you can now adjust the call time, and the email of a recipient right from the Recipients page. This is really useful.
Let’s say you send out the call sheet and look at a status and notice someone has not viewed their call sheet yet. You glance over at their email and notice a typo. To fix it, just click on the email field, make the adjustment, click the Resend button, and you’re done.
